建筑工程消防验收定量评定方法研究

依据中华人民共和国公安部印发的《建筑工程消防验收评定暂行办法》,建立了建筑工程消防验收系统。依据层次分析法对分级系统中各指标层,利用专家打分法确定其权重,设定不同的等级,确定不同等级下的权重系数,从而计算出建筑工程消防验收定量评定的标准。     

成败型产品验收试验方案研究

在可靠性定型试验的基础上,利用多层贝叶斯方法确定批产品可靠性指标的先验分布,从而制定出成败型产品可靠性验收试验的一种贝叶斯方案.给出利用定型试验信息确定产品可靠性指标先验分布的方法.这种验收方法充分利用了产品定型试验中的先验信息,在确保有较好验收效果的前提下,与传统的验收试验相比,可以大大减少试验量,从而得到可观的经济效益.     

群体性事件情报预警困境的博弈分析

在公安边防部门辖区内，群体性事件时有发生，成为影响辖区治安的主要因素。如何基于所掌握的情报，找出一种科学合理的情报分析方法成为边防部门亟待解决的问题。从博弈论的角度，建立模型，用数学方法进行求解，对公安边防部门与群体性事件的策动者进行博弈分析。     

Nonperiodic preventive maintenance for repairable systems

As a complex system with multiple components usually deteriorates with age, preventive maintenance (PM) is often performed to keep the system functioning in a good state to prolong its effective age. In this study, a nonhomogeneous Poisson process with a power law failure intensity is used to describe the deterioration of a repairable system, and the optimal nonperiodic PM schedule can be determined to minimize the expected total cost per unit time. However, since the determination of such optimal PM policies may involve numerous uncertainties, which typically make the analyses difficult to perform because of the scarcity of data, a Bayesian decision model, which utilizes all available information effectively, is also proposed for determining the optimal PM strategies. A numerical example with a real failure data set is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The results show that the optimal schedules derived by Bayesian approach are relatively more conservative than that for non‐Bayesian approach because of the uncertainty of the intensity function, and if the intensity function are updated using the collected data set, which indicates more severe deterioration than the prior belief, replacing the entire system instead of frequent PM activities before serious deterioration is suggested. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Analysis of some critical aspects in hot machining of Ti-5553 superalloy: Experimental and FE analysis

In this study, a newly developed titanium superalloy, i.e., the Ti-5553 alloy has used for hot machining. This material replaced Ti-grade-5 alloy in the application of aerospace, automobile, and biomedical sector. However, similar to Ti-grade-5 alloy, the Ti-5553 alloy has a low thermal conductivity which makes it difficult-to-cut material categories hence, high tool wear, cutting force and bad surface finish. Hot machining of Ti-5553 has been studied at different machining condition (room and hot) using Deform-2D finite element analysis. The result from the simulation test was compared with the experimental value and reduction of cutting and thrust forces was observed. The experiment was carried out with the same input parameters as simulation, and good coherence between them observed. Additionally, cutting zone temperature, effective stress, etc. for both room and elevated the temperature are also discussed.     

基于ADC的炮兵激光观测仪侦察效能分析

运用了效能分析方法,针对复杂战场环境下炮兵侦察系统的效能进行分析,特别是炮兵激光观测仪,揭示其内在规律,为提高现有侦察装备的作战效能找到重要途径,也为指挥员的决策提供可靠的战略支持.在侦察系统效能分析理论的基础上,对典型的激光观测仪侦察装备进行了计算评估验证,其方法和成果可供其他武器系统效能评估时借鉴参考.     

基于博弈论的装备科研、购置、维修经费比例关系优化分析

通过不同时期国家战略部署、科研发展情况及经济承受能力对装备经费分配的影响分析,采用博弈的方法,建立了装备科研、购置和维修费之间的比例关系优化模型,给出了寻求纳什均衡点的迭代算法,并进行了仿真计算.仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性与正确性.     

飞机反区速度矢量不稳定及其控制的机理

在信号流图的基础上,提出多回路分析的方法,并用于研究反区时速度矢量不稳定及其稳定控制的机理。建立了纵向动力学的信号流图,并证明了一个回路的收敛性定理。在此基础上,通过理论分析得出了速度矢量不稳定在不同层面上的原因,也得出了速度和轨迹的发散度表达式等,并表明阻力-速度曲线、轨迹角-速度曲线、极曲线、阻力系数曲线等存在相互对应的反区和正区,并且阻力-速度曲线和轨迹角-速度曲线在斜率上成比例。研究得出进场动力补偿系统下速度矢量的稳定临界条件、收敛度、稳定机理等,理论分析和仿真比较了速度恒定进场动力补偿系统和迎角恒定进场动力补偿系统在控制性能上的差异。

近年来,随着智能移动终端和互联网技术的结合,上网变得十分便利。网民数量激增的同时,网络谣言层出不穷,给社会安全与稳定造成不良影响。文章从心理学角度深入分析助推网络谣言的原因,并基于心理规律提出网络谣言的管控措施。
